He
Is ever With Me
Do
you ever wonder, how do we find God? He’s just a Prayer away . .
.
He’s the warmth that soothes your head and heart each and every day.
He is in the sound of the ocean as it roars, and splashes upon the
shore.
And He is in the Heavens, where He’ll take us forever more.
He
is as near as the kiss or a hug of your child, as they say their Prayer,
And He’s the light of the Universe, as we watch the stars up there
. . .
In the Heavens with the old moon shining too . . . we feel
His glow
And know that He is everywhere, and that His Grace made it so.
He’s
the wind upon your back as you hurry home to be with a loved one.
He’s the smell of wheat in the green and He’s the Father of his Son.
Surely He’s the smell of the flowers in the Springtime. The perfect
rose . . .
Or the snow upon the Mountain tops, where the grazing goat goes.
I
think He might be in the beauty of the Fall leaves that float right
down.
Also I know He’s the one who will clothe us in a brand-new white gown.
He’s the Glory of the valley. He’s the old dirt road going upon the
hill . . .
And I know He is ever my loving Savior in Whom Ill try to do His will.
Maybe
He’s the shade of the Mighty oak that shades and cools our brow,
When we’ve been tending the fields of corn along with our dads
know-how.
Could he be the one who brought upon our home, a sweet Blessing today?
Or the cool Autumn breeze . . . felt as from the beach we
walked away?
